Therapeutic sessions are for anyone seeking massage therapy - from general maintenance and stress relief to focused work on specific pain or mobility issues. This is also the place for postnatal clients to book their sessions. Sessions may include a variety of tools and techniques based on your needs, goals, medical history and how your body is responding during and after each session. Whether you’re dealing with tension from long hours at a computer, recovering from an injury or surgery, or are weeks, months, or years postpartum, Therapeutic Bodywork is the right session for you. The side-lying position and props can be implemented if needed for your comfort.

For all stages of pregnancy. Prenatal massages are performed in the side lying position for most of the session using supportive pillows and bolsters. We finish the session with you in a reclined seated position using a firm wedge back support and a bolster under your knees. Your comfort is my priority and I have many extra pillows and props to provide extra relief where needed.
Postnatal clients can book a Therapeutic Bodywork session unless you would still like your massage performed in the side lying position.
